At Glomisk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read the details below.
- Glomisk must be notified of items requested be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be return along with the details of purchase and original receipt/ order number.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including attached tags and labels.
- We will not reimburse postage costs for returned/exchanged products unless the product is defective, faulty, or we shipped the wrong item to you.
- Before returning or rejecting a product, please notify us online. Do not dispose of the product without first receiving confirmation from Glomisk representative. If the product is faulty, we may ask for evidence of the issue.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our guidelines.
- We do not offer free return shipping. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Change of mind
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after delivery to notify Glomisk and then return the product and get a full refund or exchange for something of equal value. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order please let us know by contacting glomisk@gmail.com within the day of purchase. Any notice after the day of purchase will be rejected as your order processing will have already commenced and therefor are unable to cancel your order. You may send it back to us for a full refund once you receive it.
Wrong Address
As the seller we are not responsible for packages that are not received due to wrong address. If shipping protection has not been included in your purchase we are unable to replace your item.
Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence (photos or videos). Defective items are eligible for a free replacement.
